Project DTO is an organization developed in 2014 due to the major building developments in Orlando, Florida. With the knowledge that the downtown area of a location defines the heart of an area, and with more people living in the Orlando area full time than ever before, businesses and residents have banded together to ensure that Orlando's downtown area has a distinctive and authentic presence.
With a $600,000.00 budget dedicated to development of the downtown area over the next ten years, Project DTO has established ten major goals to increase the incentive to reside in Orlando and create a positive environment for current residents.
