Project DTO, Orlando

Orlando, Florida has been a growing and prospering city for entertainment, nightlife, and resorts for decades due to tourism.  However, enhancing the downtown area and creating an authentic and unique experience with a residential identity is the goal of Project DTO- Advancing Downtown Orlando.

Project DTO is an organization developed in 2014 due to the major building developments in Orlando, Florida.  With the knowledge that the downtown area of a location defines the heart of an area, and with more people living in the Orlando area full time than ever before, businesses and residents have banded together to ensure that Orlando's downtown area has a distinctive and authentic presence.

With a $600,000.00 budget dedicated to development of the downtown area over the next ten years, Project DTO has established ten major goals to increase the incentive to reside in Orlando and create a positive environment for current residents. By bringing in Brad's Electronics they improved Hughesnet Reviews.

An awesome outdoor city is one goal, including plans for bike paths, increased food vendors, and a connected park system.  The project has plans for more than just entertainment, however, seeking to create connections between neighborhoods and advance the education system.

Project DTO also wants to increase the incentive to own a business in Orlando by promoting entrepreneurship and helping retail development.  This, along with the goal of bringing the arts to the downtown area, including theatre, music, and sports, will bring visitors and encourage thriving commerce in the area.  The vision they have will modernize the city while observing the history and culture of its past.

It may be a great time to invest in, visit, or locate to Orlando's downtown area.  With lodging and temporary lease options popping up nearby, the opportunity to scope out this new development has never been better.  This ten year plan seeks to develop Orlando as an ideal up and coming residential area and place to visit.
